Technology in MLS
In MLS the use of technology spans in two areas within the classroom for the students and as
technical support system for the facilitators.
Technology usage within the classroom
To enhance the learning process, the Smart Class Modules can be used whenever concept clarity is
required. These modules cover various topics of the MLS Curriculum. Technology is also used to
continuously assess the students using the Smart Assessment System, an
online multiple choice questionnaire. The SAS gives the immediate feedback on the performance of the
students, thus enabling the facilitators to take immediate corrective measures whenever required.
Technical support system for the facilitators
The facilitators can use the technology to maintain a detailed record of the performance of the
students on a regular basis. The details of the students can also be stored on a set format.

Technology usage within the classroom Smart Class
The use of technology ensures a smooth journey into the canvas of learning. Our content and books are
linked to multimedia content and it emerges as a powerful instrument to facilitate and validate the
learning process. Each module is interactive between the facilitator, learner and peers, and ensures
knowledge and skill in all subjects. The technology helps the students to unravel the mysteries of our
world and helps the student to observe things closely and builds the spirit of inquiry. Not only is
technology used to learn content but it is taught for using it effectively in their daily life.
Content for the LM Tab includes Rhymes, Stories, Themes, Phonics, English speaking modules,
Parenting tips and Concept-based Apps. The apps create a context for introducing new concept learning
and connecting a prior and new learning in a way that makes the whole experience meaningful. With
clearly defined learning objectives set up in different forms of applications, the random element of
surprise engages the learners at every step. With the touch of the screen the learners control their actions,
actively pursue their own goals, are challenged to the optimal extent of their abilities, and are given clear
feedback on their performance.
